MEMBERSHIP AND WELLNESS PLAN RULES

Sign up for a MEMBERSHIP with Truebalance Therapeutic Massage & Spa and get discounted rates exclusively offered to clients. Best of all there’s no annual or activation fees and memberships are month to month. To temporarily postpone or cancel memberships, clients MUST call with 72 hours of scheduled draft date. There’s something for everyone with our variety of membership options from 60 to 90 minute sessions. On the 1st of each month or a specific date as determined by client Truebalance Therapeutic Massage & Spa will charge your credit/debit card for your chosen membership amount. Clients then have the rest of that month to schedule their monthly massage. In the event the client can’t make it in that month the massage would roll over to the following month. Massages would continue to roll over up to six months. Clients may pause membership to use any remaining sessions before terminating membership. Once membership is terminated credits will no longer be available. Because we book by appointments only, our Cancellation policy applies and 24 hour is required to rebook or incur a rebooking fee or possibly forfeit prepaid session.Memberships are per person.Gift Cards may be purchased by members at the current full membership rates.All rates are guaranteed for 120 Days from the date of membership activation.
